Personal data protection and use charter
at the GENERATION21 church

The GENERATION21 church attaches  of great importance to the protection of your privacy and the management of your personal data in accordance with the  new European regulation (RGPD 2018).

 

In this regard, its personal data privacy policy, described below, will allow you to understand what personal data we collect and what we do with it, as well as the rights you have and how you can exercise them. .
 

Please note that this confidentiality charter may be modified or supplemented at any time by our services, in particular with a view to complying with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. You should therefore regularly consult this Charter.  in order to be aware of any changes.
 

INFORMATION COLLECTED

These are the data collected when filling out a registration form via the website  www.generation21.fr  or the files  registrations offered at the reception of the church.  The information is then entered by  persons appointed by the pastoral council and the board of directors. They are the subject of a secure computer recording.
 

USE OF DATA
We undertake to implement the technical and organizational measures guaranteeing an adequate level of security to protect the confidentiality of your data. For information, your personal data is processed and hosted on secure servers.
 

They are reserved for strictly internal use to follow your requests and various registrations to our activities and to communicate about our events. 


Two levels of confidentiality are established within GENERATION21  :
 

  • Administrative data (identity)  : different managers have access  service managers,  members of the pastoral council and of the board of directors of GENERATION21. 

  • Information specifically transmitted during pastoral or counseling interviews:  if this is necessary for your follow-up, the members of the pastoral council and / or of the Board of Directors authorized by GENERATION21 have access to it. These people are bound by pastoral or professional secrecy (article 226-13 of the Penal Code).
     

We inform you that this secrecy can however be interrupted within the framework of the legal exceptions and in particular the non-assistance to person in danger (article 223-6 of the Penal Code) and the obligation to report abuse inflicted on vulnerable persons, for example, the acts of mistreatment or sexual abuse of a minor (articles 226-13 to 226-14 of the Penal Code).
 

YOUR RIGHTS

Your personal data is kept for the duration of your relationship with the church  Martin Luther King. They will be deleted after 3 years from the last contact or the end of the relationship with the church. 

If you wish, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion of this data at any time by sending a letter sent to: Secrétariat Eglise GENERATION 21, 55, avenue du Maréchal Juin in Biarritz  (64200).  The request must be accompanied by proof of identity.
